Shipping Policy
We are committed to delivering your orders efficiently across Uganda with transparent costs and timelines.

Delivery Fee

  • Within Kampala City: Flat fee of UGX 5,000.

  • Outside Kampala City: Delivery fees vary by distance and location. You can view the exact fee during checkout or by contacting us.

Delivery Timelines

  • Kampala City: 0–1 business days.

  • Outside Kampala City: 1–2 business days.

  • Orders placed after 4:00 PM or on Sundays will be processed the next business day.

Same-Day Delivery

  • Same-day delivery is available within Kampala City for orders placed by 4:00 PM EAT (Kampala) from Monday to Saturday.

Delivery Requirements

  • Ensure the delivery address is accurate and accessible.

  • The recipient must be present to receive the order.

Refunds for Delivery Issues

  • If delivery cannot be completed due to customer error (e.g., incorrect address, absence), the delivery fee is non-refundable.

  • A reattempted delivery may require an additional fee.
