Return Window
We have a 30-day return policy, meaning you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible, your item must meet the following conditions:

• Unused and in the same condition as received.

• Complete with all tags and in its original packaging.

• Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Initiate a Return
Choose one of the following options:

• Call our customer care number at +256 751 599111.

• Email info@ayne.ug with a detailed explanation of the reason for the return, including supporting images or videos.

• Visit our store at Aponye Complex Ntinda, Room 221, 2 Semawata Rd, Kampala, Uganda.

If your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions for sending the package. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Inspect your order within 48 hours of delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately to resolve the issue.​

Exchanges

To exchange an item, return it as outlined above. Once approved, make a separate purchase for the desired item.

Refund Policy

We offer free return shipping within Uganda. After we receive and inspect your item, we will:

• Issue a full refund to your bank account or provide cash in person within 2 days.

• Email you a receipt confirming the refund.

If you haven’t received your refund after approval, check with your bank. Processing may take a few days. Contact us if delays persist.

Warranty

All products are guaranteed to be brand new and in perfect working condition at the time of sale. After purchase, the product is covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. Please refer to the included documentation for warranty details.
