The website is operational 24/7. You can place your orders or send messages to us at any time; rest assured that a member of our team will reach out to assist you as soon as possible.
We source all of our products from trusted suppliers. Upon receipt, we inspect all products and randomly test units within the shipment to ensure that they are functioning as required.
The tested items are will not be sold to any customers...we absorb this expense and conisder it the cost of doing business well. If a supplier's merchandise perpectually fails to meet the required standards during our testing, our contract with them is voided and a new supplier is found.
After you purchase an item, we follow up with you to ensure that your product is performing exactly as it should.
