Track more than 100 workout modes alongside heart rate, SpO₂, HRV, stress and sleep-quality insights. The watch also supports mini-workouts, active rings, women’s health tracking, emotional-wellbeing insights and pulse-wave arrhythmia analysis.
A dual-band, five-system GNSS positioning system improves outdoor route tracking, while 5ATM water resistance supports shallow-water activities. Battery life reaches up to 10 days with light use, seven days with typical use or four days with the Always-On Display enabled.
