Anti-blue-light eyewear does not replace regular screen breaks, proper lighting, suitable viewing distance or professional eye care. If a child experiences persistent headaches, blurred vision or eye discomfort, consult a qualified eye-care professional. UV400 lenses should never be used to look directly at the sun. Clean the lenses using a soft microfibre cloth to avoid scratches.
